Fresh salad dressing beats store-bought every time. It just takes a few minutes to whip up this tasty vinaigrette, and believe me, you won’t be sorry you did.
It is a perfect dressing for Greek and Mediterranean salads. The bright citrus notes combine with herbs to deliver a delightfully fresh and tangy vinaigrette.
It makes about 1/2 cup of dressing which usually lasts me about 4-5 full-sized salads.
